VERIS Shipping Information:
We ship using UPS.
In many cases our candles are contained in glass or terracotta. In each case, they are fragile shippers. We take great pains to properly package these items for shipment.
But accidents do happen, and we will work with our customers to get them their replacement quickly.
RA's for Breakage Returns:
RA's are return authorization you will receive from us prior to shipping the damaged items back.
